Kick-off meeting October 5, 2008
Our first meeting was about catching up and planning future activities.
We are not usually this serious but we were thinking very hard!
We cant have a planning meeting without food.
Go Karting October 26, 2008
We went Go Karting at Nascar Speed Park at Vaughn Mills mall. Unfortunately, there are no pictures for this event, as it might be used against us when we apply for our licenses.
Movie night November 15, 2008
We watched Kung Fu Panda and Iron Man, in the parish hall.
Christmas Caroling December 13, 2008
We went Christmas caroling to three parishioners. It was a great experience, sharing the spirit of Christmas and the joy of the coming Christ. With little practice we sang a range of songs including one song in Ukrainian. Some of the songs we sang are:

Silent Night
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer
O Come, All Ye Faithful
Deck the Halls

Tobogganing February 1, 2009
We went tobogganing at Riverdale Park. Yes, the hill is very steep but we went down anyway. It was almost injury free until the last run down, when an army boot when flying out of control and hit a nearby nose.
Floor hockey 22 February, 2009
We organized a hockey game in the parish hall. It was 7 on 7 hockey and we had great support from the spectators.
